Consultation between the federal government and the social partners

This morning, our colleague David Clarinval and I took part in the Group of Ten, the consultative body between the federal government and the social partners. After the start of the political year and on the eve of the budget negotiations, we wanted to reaffirm our spearheads. We need to respond to the challenges of the job market, with more flexibility and an 80% employment rate by 2029.
We therefore discussed the following measures, among others:

• Night work
• Wage transparency
• Administrative simplification
• Mobility budget
• Flexi-jobs
• Trial period

The government is committed to structural, far-reaching reforms, with a specific focus on consultation.
