Prime minister met with his Georgian counterpart

This morning, Prime Minister Alexander De Croo met with his Georgian counterpart Irakli Garibashvili for a bilateral meeting. Foreign ministers Hadja Lahbiib and Ilia Darchiashvili also participated in the meeting.

The meeting took place at the prime minister's official residence, Lambermont. During the meeting of the two heads of government, several topics were addressed such as bilateral relations, the EU and NATO and the war in Ukraine. The foreign ministers also signed a Memorandum of Understanding to further strengthen Belgium-Georgia relations.
